the room had a good location near where i needed to be. the bedding was clean.
i had issues . the bathroom was in poor condition and felt neglected. the shower water pressure was not good, and i struggled to adjust the temperature.

The room had a great view, a real plus. I received help from staff when I had trouble accessing the building. They followed up to check on me, a thoughtful touch. The room included both a double bed and a single bed, a nice bonus.
The shower had somewhat inconsistent water pressure.

The location was excellent , just across from the Oran Mor. The staff was friendly and helpful , always available when needed. I found the room to be clean with fresh towels and bedding provided.

Staff members were on hand to help me when I could not get into the building , and they kindly checked up on me while I was in the room , assuring I had everything I needed. Lim made himself available and provided his mobile number in case I required assistance.

the staff were very helpful. they were accommodating to my needs . i also found the location convenient. it was within a short walk of where i needed to be each day.
the bathroom was not in the best condition. the water pressure in the shower was very weak. controlling the water temperature was difficult. it was either too hot or too cold.
